Description:We developed a Banking Business Game for BNP Paribas where the importance of process management was the central focus. The example process which was focussed on this day, was the situation of a stolen bank card, a process which is recognizable for everyone.
Over 80 participants were focussed on the flow-chart. What exactly happens in front and behind the scenes when you request a new bank card? Which parties are involved in that process? Which KPI’s are important in this end-to-end process? And which aspects show room for improvement? We brought all of these elements together in an exciting Business Game where the teams seized as much satisfied customers as possible.
