Description: in this ‘Onboarding’ Businessgame the new employees of ING Belgium get acquainted with the structure of their new employer. The contestants of this game will find out and discover the different Business Lines, board members, departments, projects, slogans and campaigns of the bank. They will experience how to different Business Lines are connected and why they need each other. The game is part of a 3 day ‘Orange’ training.
