Description: Serious Gaming on a top level. 60 supervisors were divided amongst 3 competing airplane construction companies. Round 1 was about shaping your own organisation and receiving information from the customer. In round 2 the purchasing of parts began. Additionally the arranging of service contracts was also an important part of round 2. Round 3 had some unexpected events the contestants had to deal with (for instance broken airplane parts etc.); “Is our team and are our processes flexible?”
